He is survived by: his mother Hazel Roberts Chambers of Winder; his wife Barbara Chambers of Hoschton; his daughters, Jennifer Poole and Tonya Holder; his siblings, Donald Chambers of Jefferson, Janice Reyes of Dacula and Judy Mathis of Winder; and his grandchildren, Blake Holder, Amzi Holder, Jordan Poole and Mason Gates.
