He is survived by: his wife SuAnne Bennett Blair; his children, Jonathan Patrick, Bennett Andrew (Celena) and Amanda Kathleen Blair; his grandchildren, Jayden Lincoln Sandridge-Blair and Scarlett Adelina-Grace Blair; his sister Bridget L. Bowman; his sister-in-law Beth Blair; and also Jeff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
