He is survived by: his wife Jane Litton Palmer of Hoschton, GA; his daughters, Penny Palmer of Duluth, GA and Gretchen; his son-in-law Tim Irons of Hoschton, GA; his grandchildren, Samantha Irons of Duluth, GA and Sebastian Irons of Statesboro, GA; and his nephew Lane Palmer of Columbus, GA..
