He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Mary Frances Palmer; and his brother Richard Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Jane Litton Palmer of Hoschton, GA; his daughters, Penny Palmer of Duluth, GA and Gretchen; his son-in-law Tim Irons of Hoschton, GA; his grandchildren, Samantha Irons of Duluth, GA and Sebastian Irons of Statesboro, GA; and his nephew Lane Palmer of Columbus, GA..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the TOM M. WAGES FUNERAL SERVICE - SNELLVILLE (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039).
