We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Elmer Charles Johnson Jr. of Hoschton, Georgia, born in Brooklyn, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Johnson Sr. and Florence Smith; his son Kenneth; and his grandchildren, Samantha and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Susan Moody (Jerry), Donald Johnson (Jackie) and Lori Italiano; and his stepchildren, Matthew Edmonds (Catherine), Lisa and Jeffrey Edmonds. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504).
He was especially proud of his contribution to the Town of Wallkill when he designed and built the town pavilion which was a Lions Club project.
