He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Proctor and Aileen Daniels (James Daniels). He is survived by: his wife Diahanne Dudley Hillman of Hoschton; his children, Craig Hillman of Brooklyn, NY and Adrienne; his son-in-law Raymond Brown, Jr. of Duluth; his grandchildren, Nia Rae Brown and Raymond Hillman Brown III; and his sister Olivia Bussey.
Due to the global pandemic COVID 19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
