He was predeceased by: his son Charles Jr.; his mother Evelyn Lucille Stewart; and his sister Janice (John). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann (Herring); his sister Sandra Pope (JC); his daughter Ronda (James); his grandchildren, Jason (Cleida), Mandy and Emily (Trae); and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Nolan, Stevie Jae, Cooper and Shea.
