He was predeceased by: his parents, Dervis Coleman Neal and Alexander Terwillerger Neal. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Mears Neal; his children, Alex Neal (Jacki), Deanna Logan (Paul), Derelle McMenomy (Joe) and Donna Bailey; his grandchildren, Brielle, Colin, Colt, Ethan, Haley, Jaden, Kaitlyn, Mason, Trevor and Zac (Jenny); and his siblings, Bob Neal (Sue) and Harriett Mullett (Jack).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Alex Allen Neal to the Alzheimers Association of Georgia, 41 Perimeter Center, Suite 550, Atlanta, Georgia. 30346.
