We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Duggan of Hortense, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilford Strickland and Myrtice Arnold Strickland; her husband Benjamin "Ben" John Duggan; her daughter Norma Jean Moody; and her siblings, Jobo Strickland, Jerry Strickland, James Henry Strickland, John Ancil Strickland and Barbara Wright.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward Oliver (Tammis) of Manor, GA., Timmy Oliver of Hortense, Dean Oliver (Becky) of Sterling, Wayne Oliver (Diane) of Manor, GA. and Harry Oliver of Hortense; and her brother Robert Strickland (Bert) of Darien, GA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a sister.
