He is survived by: his wife Nita Jacobs Phillips; his daughter Shea Davis (Trey) of Blackshear; his stepdaughter Dasha Johns (Lorne); his sibling Rivers; his grandchildren, Haili, Caroline, Katelyn, Zach, Denver, Lauren, J. T., Reese and Danni Grace; his brother Phil Phillips (Mary); and his nephews, Derrick and Brandon Phillips.
