She was predeceased by: her husband James Paul Loper. She is survived by: her children, Cindy James of Sanford, Fla. and Thomas Bowen of Jacksonville, Fla.; and her siblings, Earl Sparkman of Jacksonville, Fla., Timothy Sparkman of Jacksonville, Fla., Frankie, Debbie and Audrey. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Cemetery.
