He was predeceased by: his wife Avis Morgan Branch. He is survived by: his children, Elvin Branch, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant Community, James Branch of Hortense, Billy Branch (Stephanie) of Hortense and Tammy Price of Sylvester; his siblings, Winnie Manning of Jesup, Jeanette Westberry of Blackshear, Mae Dean Carter of Blackshear, Nancy Brooks of Waycross, Pete Branch of Mt. Pleasant Community and Preston Branch of Blackshear; and his grandchildren, Matthew Parrott, Michelle Parrott, Kimberly Price, Avis Price, Billy Branch, Jr., Amber Branch and Ashley Branch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
