He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert R. Roundtree and Cassie Bowman Roundtree; his daughter Sarah Herrin; and his siblings, Wynell Green, Nada Harris, Faye Harris, Lucille Dixon Tippins, Gilbert Roundtree, Kenneth Roundtree and Harold Roundtree.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Nell Finch Roundtree; his children, Michelle Graham (Paul), Tracy Palmer, Jason Roundtree Douglas (Laurel), Jonathan Roundtree (Apryl) and Stacy Palmer; his grandchildren, Lauren Graham, Meagan Graham, Jeff Roundtree, Griff Roundtree, Allie Roundtree, Alyssa Roundtree, Clara Grace Roundtree, Brook Stalvey, Hunter Gillis, Cassie Lieupo, Megan Palmer, Lane Palmer, Gracie Crews, Jonathan Hutcheson, Dalton Hutcheson, Gauge Herrin and Kendel Herrin; and his siblings, Vera Braddock, Evon Dixon, Katherine Hickox (Claude) and Junior Roundtree (Frances). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
