He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Lloyd Smith and Mary Lois Griffin Smith; and his foster mother Martha Isaac. He is survived by: his foster father Danny Isaac; and his siblings, Tommy Smith, Chuck Isaac Houston (Cathi), Cody Isaac and Cindy Pharr (Denny) of Jacksonville, FL.
