She is survived by: her husband Rev. Virgil Melton, Jr. of Homerville; her sons, Cary (Erika Kight), Travis (Holly Kight) and Justin (Brittany Smith); her grandchildren, Tate Kight (Brianna), Cara Kight (Dylan Johnson), Callan Kight, Livy Kate Kight, Emmy Belle Kight and David Smith; her stepsons, John Melton (Natasha) of Fargo and Israel Melton (Sherry) of Tifton; and her siblings, Barbara Dousay of Bentley, LA, Brenda Barton (Jerry) of Bentley, LA and David Watson of Fargo. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
