She was predeceased by: her parents, Sewerd Griffis and Vera Futch Griffis; and her husband James Solomon "J. S.". She is survived by: her son James "Jake" Woodrow of Maine; her siblings, Susie Griffis McCaine, Nell Griffis Peach, Sarah Griffis Pittman, Marvin Leroy Griffis, Robert Mitchell Griffis and Gus Griffis; her daughter-in-law Lynn of Maine; her granddaughters, Kim Corbett (Ken), Laurie Hancock (Jonathan) and Jennifer Dees (Travis); and her great grandchildren, Justin Corbett (Brandi) of Lake Park, Jessica Bolesta (Eric) of Lake Park, Jared Corbett of Lake Park, Garrett Hancock of Lake Park, Jake Dees of Lake Park and John Parker Dees of Lake Park. She is also survived by six great great granddaughters, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
