He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Kirkland and Sarah Ruth Power Kirkland. He is survived by: his siblings, Sylvia Kirkland of Winter Garden, FL and Stanley Kirkland of Locust Grove, GA. He is also survived by two uncles, one aunt, and a host of cousins.
