As Huey departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Huey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Huey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his son David Hendrix; and his brother Wayne Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith Hendrix; his daughter Jennifer Hendrix; his siblings, Ronnie Hendrix (Kathy) and Dicie Henderson; and his close friend Terry Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
