He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hubert and Elsie Elizabeth Kesler Osborn; his wife Willene Durham Osborn; his son Terry Willard Osborn; and his siblings, Calvin, Denvie, Doyle, Carlton, George, Harold, Swayne and Ebbie Hope.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Osborn (Susie) of Homer, Cecil Osborn of Homer and Anthony Osborn of Homer; and his sisters, Helen Bellamy of Toccoa and Lynda Dodd of Commerce. He is also survived by five grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
