He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Dalton and Mary Payne Dalton; his wife Vera Broome Dalton; his siblings, Vance Dalton, Bradford Dalton, Nelson Dalton, Ralph Dalton and Edith Wade; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Broome, Bernice Dailey and Judy Broome.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ann Dalton of Homer, GA and Teresa Dalton Jones of Alto, GA; his sister Eleanor English of Homer, GA; his sister-in-law Bobbie Dalton of Alto, GA; his grandchildren, Levi Jones, Brady Jones and Dakota Dalton; his siblings-in-law, Bessie Brown of Mt. Airy, GA, Linda Broome and Jack Broome of Mt. Airy, GA; and his close friends, Lynne Hill of Maysville, GA and Poncho Diaz of Homer, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
