He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. J. W. and Mozelle Looney Stowe; his sister Pat Stowe Moore; his siblings-in-law, Rev. Walter Gilbert and Susan Stowe; and his father-in-law George W. Osborn.
He is survived by: his wife Erlene Stowe; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Stowe of Huntsville, AL; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Andy Duke of Windsor, CO; his grandchildren, Presley, Grayson Stowe, Kyndall White, Scott White, Layne Stowe, Ethan and Chloe Duke; his mother-in-law Juanita Crocker Osborn of Homer, GA; his brother Rev. Tommy; his sister-in-law Marsha Stowe of Mt. Airy, GA; his sisters, Jannie Gilbert of Stone Mountain, Linda (Larry Haley) and Judy (Dennis Thomason); and his brother-in-law Garry Moore of Toccoa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed. Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.
