He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Watkins and Hular Baker Watkins; his children, Dwight Watkins and Vickie Westmoreland; and his grandson Jude Pritchett.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Meeks Watkins of Homer; his children, Teresa Kesler of Nicholson, Bobby Watkins of Lula, Wyman Watkins of Carnesville, Courtney Watkins of Homer and Jeffery Watkins of Homer; and his sister Barbara Purcell of Newnan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
