She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Welborn and Clemmie Chambers Welborn; and her son Donald Crumley. She is survived by: her husband Jolly Crumley of Homer; her daughter Sue; her son-in-law Randy Rylee of Maysville; her son Kenny; her daughter-in-law Joyce Crumley of Gillsville; her daughter Phyllis; her son-in-law John McClure of Homer; and her siblings, Cat Jones of Lula and Dwayne Welborn of Gillsville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, Arrangements have been entrusted to the Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel at 1370 Industrial Boulevard, Baldwin, Georgia 30511.
