She was predeceased by: her father Minor Marvin; her siblings, Doris Smith, Lucy Bowden, Mandle Hunnicutt, Horace Hunnicutt, Clois Hunnicutt, Robert Hunnicutt and Malcolm Hunnicutt; her daughter-in-law Karen Broome; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Broome Gailey and Terry Stover; and her niece Carrie Fuerte.
She is survived by: her husband Branson Broome of Homer; her daughter Kay; her son-in-law Barry Alexander of Sautee Nacoochee; her sons, Boyd Broome of Homer, Wendell Broome of Toccoa and Todd; her daughter-in-law Dawn Broome of Toccoa; her sister Lois; her brother-in-law Gene Martin of Clarkesville; and her grandchildren, Brannon Broome, Hope Stewart, Heather Marriott, Kayla Cross and Breanna Damera. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
