He is survived by: his father Roland Wilson Howard; his wife Peggy Jean Brown Howard of Homer; his sons, Ronald Howard of Athens and Raymond; his daughter-in-law Rachel Howard of Coco Beach, FL; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Jessica Howard of Cornelia; his grandchildren, Christopher Howard, Nicholas Howard, Gabriel Howard and Molly Howard; and his siblings, Joan Howard of Live Oak, FL, Jean Hurst of Live Oak, FL, Joy Holmes of Tallahassee, FL and Wayne Howard of Gainesville, FL. He is also survived by his family as the perfect husband, an amazing father, and a wonderful grandfather.
