It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Johnson of Homer, Georgia, born in Avon Park, Florida, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon E. Johnson, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Wingate Johnson; his sister Sharon J. Pettway; and his brother-in-law Paul B. Pettway, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Leon E. Johnson, Jr. (Fran) of Newnan; his nephews, Paul B Pettway, Jr. (Phyllis) and James E. Pettway (Angela); and his niece Sarah Dominick (Michael). He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends and extended family.
