We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2024, at the age of 74, Peggy Ann Goldsmith of Holly Springs, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smoak and Carrie Smoak. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd; her children, Marla Gilreath (Michael), Elizabeth Goldsmith and L. E. Goldsmith; and her grandsons, James and Daniel Gilreath. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you to send donations in Peggy's name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

“George and I are so sorry to hear about Peggy. She was a lovely woman and a good neighbor when we all lived in Dogwood Plantation in Snellville Ga. We moved first to Big Canoe but later I heard her, and Lloyd moved to Woodstock, not too far from us. Peggy's children, husband and family all have our deepest sympathy. Linda and George Thompson”
