He is survived by: his wife Patsy Chumley; his sons, Joey Chumley (Pam) and Jamie Chumley (Dawn); his grandsons, Luke Chumley and Nathan Chumley; and his siblings, Mike Chumley (Brenda), David Chumley (Diane) and Telete Green (Bobby).
