He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Mae Jackson Weaver; his parents, Francis Marion and Annie Mae Cochran Weaver; and his siblings, Price Weaver, Rebie Bryant, Maggie Turner, Vernie Weaver, Loyd Weaver, Lola Quinton, Bell Hathcock, Frank Weaver, Eula Clark, Charlie Weaver, Opal Allen, Oleeta Abernathy, Marie Weaver, Louise Fowler, Ruby Granger, Marion Weaver and Faye Caldwell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheree Weaver Kelley (Gary) and Leslie Weaver Gibson (David); his grandchildren, Adam Kelley, Amy Kelley, Amanda Kelley Weeks, Adrienne Kelley, Anna Marie Kelley, Ashley Gibson Suta, Noah Gibson, Connor Gibson, Carson Gibson and Logan Gibson; his great grandchildren, Raegan Kelley, Daren Weeks, Johnny Weeks and Paul Weeks; and his sister Donnie Elizabeth Weaver Adams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
