He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Felton Pitts and Ida Mae Heard; his wife Peggy A. Pitts; and his siblings, Evelyn Spencer Evans of Powder Springs, GA, Louciett Pitts Whitaker (Whit) of Hampton, GA, John Willie Heard, Jr. of Powder Springs, GA, Rodney Jerome Heard of Cumming, GA and Randy Lamar Heard (Consuelo) of Marietta, CA. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and many friends.
Due to COVID-19 concerns everyone in attendance at the Graveside and the viewing must wear a mask and social distancing is encouraged.
