He is survived by: his children, Perry Ethan Hale, Abigail, Faithann Martin Hale, Christian Perry Hale and Destiny Rachel Hale; the mother of his children Rachel Hale; his mother Beverlyann Odom Hale; his sister Vanessa Ann Hale; and his uncles, Lamar Odom and Edward Haden Odom.
