He is survived by: his wife Dena Stephens of Mountville; his son Brad; his daughter-in-law Sandra Stephens of Hogansville; his grandsons, Jacob Stephens (Ashlyn) and Dylan Stephens; and his great grandchild Barrett Stephens.
