With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Harrington Parrish (Hogansville, Georgia), who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Harrington and Dorothy Holley Harrington; and her husband William D. "Bill" Parrish. She is survived by: her children, Michael Parrish, Simon Parrish of Atlanta, John Parrish (Kendra Parrish) and Faith Jackson; her daughter-in-law Kayla Marie Parrish; her grandchildren, MacKenzie Parrish, Kyle Parrish, Wyatt Fountain, Xander Williams and Liam Parrish; and her brother James Harrington.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill Baptist Church (2239 Hammett Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241).
