He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Rigsby of Hogansville; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Darian O'Neal of Hogansville; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Patricia Rigsby of Hoschton; his stepchildren, Tammy Whitney, Randy Shirer of Luthersville, Wanda Gibson of Hogansville, William John Allen of Hogansville, Roy Mack and Alisa Allen of Fayetteville; and his sisters, Betty Hall of Newnan, Carol Ann Campbell of Dayton, OH and Anita Thomas of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
