He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Williams; his children, Reginad Jermaine Williams, Edarious Rashad Williams, Shemekia Jordan (Chris) and Johntavious Rutledge Sr.; his grandchildren, Christopher Jordan, Katie Martin (Micheal), Jayden Freeman, Cameron Jordan, Ja'Niyah Rutledge, Johntavious Rutledge Jr., Kamiya Rutledge and Kaylee Rutledge; his great grandchild Myles Martin; his stepmother Bertha McLaughlin; his siblings, Lisa Allen, Carolyn Gates, Gloria McLaughlin Williams (Randy), Stephani Davis (Wantwaz), Donald J. McLaughlin (Katrina), Jermaine D. McLaughlin, Daryl G. McLaughlin and Antoine McLaughlin; and also Renee Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and aunts and uncles.
Due to COVID-19 concerns everyone in attendance at the viewing and the Graveside must wear a mask and social distancing is encouraged.
