He is survived by: his parents, Charles Mack Waugh and Patricia Ann Nasworthy Waugh; his stepchildren, Christopher Daniel (Angel) and Tonya Williams; his brother Shane Waugh; and his pet Scooter. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
