He was predeceased by: his parents, O. K. Collier and Lettie Daniel Collier; his wife Maggie Buchanan Collier; and his siblings, Harwell Collier, Roger Collier and Norma Landrum.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Ruth Collier), Tommy (Tammy Collier) and Terry (Janice Collier). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Myrtle Hill Cemetery (1100 E Main St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
