She is survived by: her husband Todd Gentry of Hogansville; her mother Dianne Smith of Hogansville; her daughters, Mandy Hasty (Cody) of Roopville and Danielle Gentry (Te Merwin) of Franklin; her adoptive daughter Tati Cappo; her grandchildren, Caelan, Gracie, A'den, Lexie, Macie and Keegan; and her brothers, Jack Smith, Scott Smith, Shane Smith (Becky) and Matt Smith (Crystal). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
