He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Frank Boyd and Elsie Mae Brand Boyd; and his sisters, Lucille Boyd Brown and Mary Ann Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Boyd of Hogansville; his children, Janet, Tony Gable of Perry, Eddie, Renea Boyd of Newnan, Betty and Thomas Maddox of Carrollton; his siblings, Gail Phillips of Douglasville, Sandra Boyd of Franklin and Tony Boyd of Hogansville; and also Terry Smay. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
