We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 69, James C. Courtney of Hogansville, Georgia, born in Newnan, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Benjamin Courtney and Novelene Denney Courtney; and his son Jeremy Norton. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Gaddy of West Point, Tiffany Ray of Manchester, Hank Burke of LaGrange, Stacie Burke of LaGrange, Bryan Norton of Carrollton, Jessica South of Woodbury and Lacey Boynton of Manchester; and his sister Debbie Staley of Hogansville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
