It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hiram Lloyd Elmore of Hogansville, Georgia, who passed away on March 11, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Elmore, III and Ouida Elizabeth Adkison Elmore; his son Wesley Jay Wooten; his grandsons, Lawrence Victor Simon and Nicolai Jay Simon; and his brother Roy Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Gale Elmore of Hogansville; his children, Christopher Lloyd Elmore of Wichita, KS, Tanya Elmore Cameron of Locust Grove and Lamar Hopkins, Jr. (Priscilla Lites) of Hogansville; his grandchildren, Christopher Elmore, Kyle Elmore, Robert Elmore, Travis Cain, Tiffany Cain Woodward, Kayla Wooten, Wesley Blake Wooten, Ashley Dalton, Hope Head and Mike Lombardi; and his brothers, David Elmore of Snellville and Coy Elmore of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
