It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gracie H. Moore of Hogansville, Georgia, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Herndon and Valena Collier Herndon; and her siblings, Patricia Williams, Janice Wilson, Delores Gaddy, Larry Herndon and William "Buck" Herndon.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Moore of Hogansville; her children, Angela Davis (Jason) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Tabatha Heard of Dawsonville and Joseph Bryan Moore of Hogansville; her grandchildren, Amber Smith, Justin Bishop, Holly Foster, Haydan Davis and Heidi Davis; and her siblings, Linda Gallaway, Gail Searles, Richard Herndon of Hogansville and James Herndon of Hogansville. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
