We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Eddie Brookshire of Hogansville, Georgia, born in LaGrange, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dewey Brookshire Sr. and Lena Elizabeth Bryant Brookshire; his wife Dorothy "Stelle" Tarrence Brookshire; and his brother Bobby Brookshire. He is survived by: his children, Greg Brookshire (Susan) and Beth Brown (Stacy); his grandchildren, Nathan Brookshire (Belinda), Cheri Rife (Gage), Kaylen Scarborough (Gage) and McKenzie Tyssen (Cameron); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Bentley and Brooklyn; and his sisters, Susan Ussery and Sara Brookshire. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Hillcrest United Methodist Church or West Georgia Hospice in memory of Eddie Brookshire.
