She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Carter and Shirley Moon Carter Smith; her son William Walter Allen, Jr.; her grandson Cameron Blake Simons; her brother Ricky Carter; and her stepfather George Allen Smith.
She is survived by: her husband William W. Allen; her daughter Marical Allen; her grandson Kohlmun Allen; and her daughter Jessica Chapman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
