He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Smith of Hogansville; his children, Jesslynn Smith of Covington, Emily Turner of Forsyth, Lilly Turner of Forsyth and Hunter Turner of San Diego, CA; and his mother Ann Smith (Ronnie Thompson). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 1 grandchild.
