It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constnace Norton Brice (Hogansville, Georgia), who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Constnace Norton is survived by: husband Richard "Keith" Brice, Sr. of Hogansville; sons, Richard Keith Brice, Jr. (Marcia) of Whitesburg, GA and William "Lin" Brice; grandchildren, Richard Keith "Brice" Brice, III, Seth William Brice and Nathaniel Lawrence "Nate" Brice; siblings, Brenda Coats, Keith Norton and Kerry Norton; and aunts, Dessie Kinser and Anadore Parker. Constnace Norton is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, students and extended family.
