We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021, at the age of 62, Carla Ann Smith (Hogansville, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Elana Brown (Justin); her mother Joann Scealf; her siblings, Debbie, Eddie Scealf and Tim Smith; and also, Nanette Hammond and Jada Faulkner. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family believes their deaths were preventable, if they had gotten the COVID-19 vaccine.
