He was predeceased by: his father David Neal (Betty). He is survived by: his children, Barry Lynn Neal Jr. (Katie), Ashley Lyons (Michael) and Joshua Neal; his stepchildren, Lauren Smith (Bennett), Whitney Jones, James Jones and Raquel Neal; his grandchildren, Penelope Neal, Hunter Welborn, Caroline Smith, Charlotte Smith and Hudson Smith; his siblings, Rebecca Baker (Brent), Elitta Sorenson (Jim) and Lisa Statton (Chris); and his stepfather James Pace (Rose).
