He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Henderson Carter of Hoboken, GA; his children, Joan Carter (Adrian) of Hoboken, GA, David Carter (Janett) of Hoboken, GA and Mike Carter of Hoboken, GA; his grandchildren, Brent Carter (Kandyce), Kimberly Cecil (Bryant), Jared Carter (Emily) and Casey Parker (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Elin Cecil, Ty Cecil, Mia Cecil, Audrey Carter and Stella Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
