He is survived by: his wife Barbara Williams Mercier; his children, Bubba Mercier (Christy) and Tonya Mercier Crosby (Bengi) of Hoboken; his grandchildren, Colt Crosby (Olivia), Aden Crosby (Jinsey), Grant Crosby and Cole Mercier; his great grandchild Grayson Westhafer; his brother Charles Raggland of Dahlonega, GA; and his niece Sherri McCormick (Tommy) of Boyce, LA..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frye Funeral Home (136 Satilla Ave, Nahunta, GA 31553). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
