He was predeceased by: his father Jessie Moore; his daughters, Patricia Ann Moore and Pamela Moore; his sisters, Vivian Bennett and Sarah Morgan; his granddaughters, Sheri Thrift and Haley Griffin; and his stepchildren, Debbie Strickland and Danny Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Taylor Moore of Hoboken; his sister Virginia Hanchey (Virgil) of Hoboken; and his children, Beth Holland (Scott) of Waycross, Tina Dowling of Hoboken, Rene Dreggors (Jody) of Hoboken, Ashley Moore of Hoboken, Laura Mator (Harold) of Waycross, Manda Herring (Steve) of Waycross and Charles D. "Danny" Moore, Jr. of Hoboken.
